A vacancy for a Enterprise Cyber Security Programme Manager has arisen within Airbus CyberSecurity in Newport, South

Wales.

The job holder will:

?? Ensure that Cyber UK programmes (both external and internal projects) are successfully, delivered (OCOTOQ) to achieve OP

commitments and optimize productive utilization of the programme resources in the UK.

?? Provide full oversight of all UK Enterprise Cyber projects and authority to direct activity and resource to best effect.

?? Work with the functional managers to ensure the projects are suitably resourced.

?? Prioritise activity and resource calls in order to meet the Business priorities of the Enterprise Cyber business.

?? Manage the Project managers and Project Controllers under their direct control.

The job needs to ensure that:

?? Projects are using best practice to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality agreed by the customer.

?? Head of Delivery and ultimately the Head of the Cyber Business are aware of risks and opportunities associated with each

project.

?? Key customers are kept informed and are content with progress on their projects

?? When mitigation plans are required, that they are realistic and achievable and that they minimise the negative impact on the

individual projects margin and the reputation of Airbus Cyber Security.

?? The allocated PMG recoveries are in line with the agreed budget.

This job needs to contribute to:

?? The delivery of the UK Operational Plan

?? The effective and efficient delivery of customer contracts and internal R&D projects

?? Development of Programmes Management Group staff capability and continued staff morale

?? Implementation of processes and governance to drive best practice and effective delivery of programmes and projects

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for

the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

You have the following skills and experience:

?? Educated to a degree level in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Maths or equivalent

?? Strong technical background and experience of High Grade product development to UK Government standards

?? Formal qualification and experience in Project and Programme Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2, MSP Practitioner)

?? A proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects

?? Membership of relevant professional body

?? Ability to influence and negotiate

?? Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and costs to completion projections and makes decisions accordingly

?? Excellent customer service knowledge

?? Fluent English

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.
