Role
Due to an internal promotion, Otis is now recruiting a dynamic, engaging and talented HR Business Partner to be based at our Chiswick Park Head Office. Working as a key member of the HR team, you will provide significant commercial HR support in an environment where service delivery is paramount.
Working closely with senior management, you will give a mix of "hands-on" operational HR advice on employee relations, recruitment, selection, performance, management development and more complex issues such as TUPE and organisational change, as well as strategic partnering on talent, engagement, change management and organizational design.
Undertake a digitalisation and service transformation initiative
Support line managers, implement progressive HR initiatives and help develop their businesses
Some UK travel will be required as part of this role
The Person
Possess previous business partnering experience and will need to demonstrate enthusiasm to meet the challenges of a fast moving environment, to adopt a lateral approach to problem solving, combined with energy and drive.
Must have dealt with field based engineers, a strong management team and possess HR experience from a similar industry, Retail, Manufacturing or Building Services
Possess evidence of success in digitalisation and service transformation
Be used to large workloads, pressurised, matrix environments, able to react quickly and positively to change
Robust, customer centric with strong commercial focus and clear, effective communication skills
