GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 Base
Monday to Friday (to include weekends)

This well renowned Hotel is looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services.

The role???.
1) Ensure a consistent high standard of performance from management and team that demonstrates good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive results and continuous improvement
2) Achieve required standards whilst contributing fully to profitability targets
3) Ensure departmental employees are focussed on putting the customer first and that Company Standards of Service are met and exceeded daily
4) Ensure the business unit is operating in accordance with all relevant health and safety legislation and Company standards
5) Communicate effectively on all relevant matters to the General Manager

1) Strong experience gained as a General Manager OR Deputy General Manager OR Assistant Manager ESSENTIAL
