Digital Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join a Leeds-based Technology Service Company, dealing with a group of companies with a turnover of £5m.

As a vital member of the team, you will be required to have the enthusiasm and vision to drive the business forward and ensure it remains on the cutting edge of technology through working with the board to deliver sales and profit growth through managing the company's global digital marketing campaigns.

What you will be doing:
- Take ownership for the successful trading of all the company's websites focusing on the customer's journey, experience and satisfaction.
- Running Google AdWords campaigns
- Focusing on improving the websites, social media integration and implementing improvements.
- Working alongside developers, content writers and designers to deliver the required results.
- Manage the SEO of the websites.
- Lead and manage campaigns through social media, email and lead generation.
- Create and analyse marketing reports, reviewing sales and key metrics for the online strategy.
- Be responsible for website suggestions, social media content, imagery and structure.
- Manage an international marketing team

Key skills and behaviours.
- Google AdWords certification preferable
- Google Analytics experience
- Management experience
- Confident in communicating with clients and internal departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience in social media marketing
- Knowledge of the tech industry
- Self-motivated and can work to deadlines.
