Ancillaries Administration & logistics Coordinator

Salary - GBP26,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

Hours - Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Due to our continued success as one of the country's leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles we have an exciting opportunity for a Ancillaries Administration & Logisitics Coordinator.

Based at our PURFLEET Branch you will be responsible for the daily operation of Administration for Scania Ancillaries. Working within a strong team environment they will need to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, and to coordinate the logistics surrounding Tail lift and Air conditioning repairs.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

-Smoothly run day to day running of the mobile engineers and minimise Idle time.
-Strategically plan workload maximising technician efficiency.
-Chase order numbers for invoicing.
-Invoicing when required,
-Handling of warranty and invoice queries.
-Assist in after sales duties, customer liaison and communication regarding pre-authorisation.
-General administration duties including filing and post scan service sheets for customers.
-Manage staff holidays, input time sheets.
-Answer telephone and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
-Assist in after sales duties with ancillaries controller.
-Ensure health and Safety and safe working practices are met at all times.
-Seek new opportunities to expand Scania Ancillaries.
-Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure a smooth operation.

Candidate Requirements

Education and/or Experience

-Technical understanding
-Knowledge of automotive industry
-Understanding of what the customer needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Excellent customer service skills
-Proven administrative skills
-An ability to work unsupervised and adhere to strict deadlines
-Communication skills - able to build good relationships internally & externally
-The ability to work as a team player in a busy department
-Computer literate
-Flexible approach to working hours
-Able to work on own initiative under pressure
-Proven organisational skills
