Tradewind Recruitment are currently working in collaboration with a two-form entry primary school in Harrow to recruit a Key Stage One Teaching Assistant.
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a hardworking and engaging Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The role is due to commence in September 2018 and last until July 2019. You will be working 5 days per week. Working hours for this role will be 8:30am - 4:00pm and the daily rate of pay will be GBP70.00-GBP75.00.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
•A practitioner who has previous school experience working in Key Stage One
•Excellent Literacy, Numeracy and Phonics skills.
•Good behaviour management strategies
•Calm and nurturing practitioner
The successful candidate will be based in a Year 2 class. You will be supporting the class teacher deliver the UK curriculum and ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained. You will assist the class teacher with display work, preparing tasks for students, ensuring lessons are engaging and assisting with booster and intervention sessions. The Headteacher is looking for a TA who can make learning enjoyable and exciting for the pupil and encourage them to become an independent learner. Good behaviour management strategies are required for this role with firm yet fair boundaries being put in place.
The school is easily accessible via car, the Bakerloo line and via the bus.
