We are currently recruiting a number of teaching assistants to support pupils who require additional intervention to enable them to be successful within full-time education. This role will require you to work on a flexible basis with pupils to build positive, professional relationships and help each student to overcome barriers to their learning and engagement. Ideally you will have knowledge of working with Individual behaviour/ education plans to help you in your work to steer pupils on the right path.
