A unique permanent opportunity has arisen with an outstanding NHS Foundation Trust based in Crawley.

Job Title: Project Support Officer
Reporting to: Head of Programme Management
Salary Band: GBP22,128 - GBP28,746
Working Hours: 37.5 per week

•Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
•Strong administration background

If you are suitable for this role you will be able to:
•Co-ordinate meetings including sending calendar invites, compiling agendas, documentation and minute taking
•Working with the team to track project plans and actions
•General administration duties; filing, version control of documentation, gathering of data for project plans
•Maintaining and updating of project logs e.g. PMO team's lessons learnt logs, project logs

Role Summary:
•Provide support to the Head of PMO and Project Managers
•Develop relationships with internal and external team co-ordinators to support the smooth running of relationships between the team and key stakeholders
•Track all project plans and actions across the team, highlighting potential risks and delays in delivery
•Co-ordinate internal and external meetings for the team including calendar invites, agendas, papers and minutes
•Develop and maintain document control and storage for all key team documents
•Liaise with board, committee and working group co-ordinators to ensure papers are submitted on time and agenda items are scheduled
•Support the manage team annual leave, expenses and mileage records
•Support the Head of PMO in managing budget and finance processes
•Support the development of project plans, presentation and documentation
•Participate in internal and external meetings, providing papers and taking minutes.
•Provide regular feedback to the Head of PMO, to assure the delivery of work-streams.
•The post holder will be expected to liaise with members of the Trust and external agencies. Contact will be face-to-face, over the telephone or by email/correspondence.
•Maintains stock control of office consumables and authorised signatory of payments and meeting expenses
