Part Time HR Advisor
2-3 days per week
Our client is an established and growing manufacturing company who seek a Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on HR support to the site over 2 days (possibly 3 days) per week. Support is provided for a head office function when required. Some flexibility will be required as this role will sometimes require supporting the continental shift pattern to hold disciplinary meetings or training/supporting line managers.
Skills and Experience
-Strong communicator at all levels
-Proactive and engaging
-Strong ER knowledge and provide support and guidance to Line Managers
-Responsible for full HR administration including starters, leavers, recruitment, absence and holiday reporting
-Experience of payroll would be an advantage
-CIPD qualified would be an advantage
