Digital Marketing Executive

This a great opportunity to join a family-feel, friendly growing business looking for a Digital Marketing Executive based in West Bromwich. They would welcome an individual who is knowledgeable, loyal, self-motivated and has a passion for writing engaging content. This is a varied full marketing mix role with a focus on digital, you will never get bored as there will always be new projects/campaigns to get stuck into! You will champion the social media accounts by managing and executing interesting campaigns, launch e-shots, work with agencies, write blogs, report on the data and build strong relationships with clients, staff and external agencies. The role may also involve organising exhibitions as and when. The successful candidate will report directly into the CEO and work closely together on the marketing plans and budget. An interest in the health and wellbeing sector is ideal and autonomous, hand on approach is essential!

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and strategy
• Oversee a social media strategy to promote and showcase projects, engage with current and potential clients and grow the client base
• Manage and maintain the corporate website, including content writing and creating blogs
• Develop new email campaigns to communicate with stakeholders and the promote business services
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Continually work on the SEO of the website, blogs and social media accounts
• Create online banner adverts and oversee PPC ad management of the agencies used
• Maintain and update the content on CRM systems - use this note new business leads/client data
• Maximise conversion rates of quotes and new business enquiries pass on the leads to other staff members
• Arrange webinars and webcasts when needed
• Write copy for email marketing campaigns and produce regular e-shots
• Identify new trends in digital marketing and the company's industry keeping up to date
• Work on printed material to supplement online services
• Attend networking events and develop partnerships
• Have excellent communication and working relationships with internal, external and potential stakeholders
• Maintain relationships and work closely with with print, PPC & design agencies

Qualifications/Skillset

• 3+ years' digital marketing experience
• Preferably qualified to degree level or CIM Marketing Diploma
• Must have a car and be able to drive
• Knowledge/experience of social media marketing
• CRM knowledge
• Understanding of Google Analytics & PPC
• Keen interest in digital marketing and keeping up to date with industry trends
• An interest in health and wellbeing is ideal
• Strong understanding of SEO;
• WordPress knowledge
• Some Adobe/In-design knowledge is useful
• Able to support new business opportunities and speak with potential clients
• Ability to work on own initiative and self-motivated
• Autonomous, good work ethic and able to communicate well with others
• Commercial awareness and a track record of high-quality lead generation (results orientated)
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvements to benefit the business
• Able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and flexibility
• Able to represent the brand's values, send out the right tone of voice and messages
• Commercial mindset but able to think analytically too
