Part-time role, 3-4 days week (flexible). The hours/days can be discussed at interview.

Central London

Salary: GBP50-55K+ excellent benefits including life assurance, private medical and travel insurance, a contributory pension scheme etc

Our client is a prestigious management consultancy firm with international clients all over the world across difference industries. They are currently looking for an HR Manager to join their dynamic and successful team.

Duties:

The HR Manager will have experience across all areas of HR.

The main areas of responsibility will be:

-Developing a short and long term people strategy with senior management
-Managing and proposing an annual talent and succession plan within budget and organising training and development activities
-Working closely with the Office Manager you will be leading all recruitment activities through a consistent selection process
-Performance management (Supporting Line Managers)
-Monitoring and improving HR polices and practices ensuring legal compliance
-Managing reward, benefits and incentives administration
-Holiday and sickness management
-Managing the processes around leavers (paperwork, exit interviews, cards, etc)
-Introduction and implementation of new ideas and strategies

Wre are looking for:

-Fluency in English
-A strong academic background
-CIPD qualification or equivalent and strong UK employment law experience
-Solid generalist experience supporting all aspects of HR
-Experience in a consultancy is a definite plus
-Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs
-Ability to generate new retention strategies
-Ability to build and improve the current appraisal and performance program to motivate employees and help them reach their full potential
-Working closely and advising line managers to effectively set objectives, manage performance ,motivate employees and provide constructive feedback
-Strong written and verbal presentation skills and ability to influence the senior management team and board
-Ability to quickly adapt to a fast paced environment
-Strong organisational skills
-Analytical and structured with strong problem solving skills
-Great attention to detail
-A great work ethic
