The Freight Forwarder have multiple UK sites - this role would give you the freedom to manage your own diary and working week.
The Package :
Circa GBP30K - GBP35K

The Role:
To develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients.
To undertake presentations for long-term business, produce and present tenders and quotations for business.
To offer a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers, by demonstrating a professional, helpful and positive manner.
To generate and follow up sales leads, visiting potential and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable profit.
To build and maintain effective business relationships with overseas correspondents, exchanging information, undertaking cjoint business and supporting sales visits to and from them in order to develop sales.
Provide accurate information to internal operations staff in order that all relevant administration can be completed efficiently.
Work with Line Managers to promote specific markets and generate business, through a co-ordinated programme of targeted joint calls.
Responsible for current developments in the market and information on competitors.
Responsible for using the sales system to record all required information and for ensuring that all documentation, records and systems are accurate.
Requirements:
Freight Forwarding sales experience
Business 2 Business experience
Sea Freight ESSENTIAL

Road Freight Essential
