We are looking for a Job Evaluation Specialist who is required for a short term and immediate 'daily rate' contract with a major food manufacturing organisation. Responsible for reviewing the consistency, integrity, equity and competitiveness of the company's salary administration program. Through effective evaluation and grading of employee positions across group companies following a number of merger and acquisition programmes we are looking for management information to support an effective salary realignment programme. You must be able to demonstrate experience of delivering equitable and consistent evaluation of all new and existing staff positions using a point factor (Hay) method.
