We are recruiting for a motivated and passionate Project Executive to focus on multi country/global qualititative projects across all methodologies to join our Project Excellence team.

The Role:

You'll support the Project Manager on projects, from quoting stage through to the final project deliverable, as well as helping ensure that projects run efficiently to specification and to budget.

What you'll be doing ???

  • Assisting with project management of studies including liaising with operational teams, managing timelines internal and external, quality checking of materials and data processing deliverables, ensuring all stages of a project are delivered to the highest quality and to budget
  • Responsible for collating quotations and costs with guidance from the team
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Researchers) and Operational teams

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience of project management of qualitative research projects. You'll be able to work under pressure and meet agreed time lines. You'll need to have excellent attention to detail as you'll be responsible for data checking & proofreading.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills - demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirements
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
  • Good team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
