Salary: Up to GBP35,000 according to experience.
Status: Full-time permanent position. Please note that this post is applicable to women only. The role is covered by a Genuine Occupational Requirement (schedule 9: Equality Act 2010).
Location Birmingham based.

About Birmingham & Solihull Women's Aid....
Birmingham & Solihull Women's Aid (BSWA) has for over 35 years supported women and children affected by violence against women issues, including domestic violence, rape and sexual assault, forced marriage and female genital mutilation. BSWA believes that women and children have the right to live free from violence, abuse and fear.
Working in close partnership with agencies such as housing and the police BSWA looks to ensure the best outcomes for women and their children. One-to-one tailored support services deliver long-term positive outcomes by addressing all needs including poverty, debt, homelessness, housing, legal issues, health and wellbeing.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity which places the role holder at the forefront of responsibility for supporting the infrastructure of BSWA. The post holder will manage and communicate data and information for the purposes of performance management, reporting to internal and external stakeholders. In addition the role will be responsible for back-of-office functions including administration, information technology.

The Person We Seek:
With a degree or equivalent qualification you will have management experience and be able to demonstrate experience of managing and communicating performance data and information. As such it is essential that you have experience of case management and data tools including using a range of performance management computer packages.
You will have experience of managing the IT requirements of a service organisation and the ability to train staff in the use of IT systems.
As line manager of a small team of multi-disciplinary staff your people management skills will be of the highest quality. You will also be able to demonstrate that you possess strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills and the ability to produce high quality written, analytical and strategic products.
It is vital that you subscribe to the objectives of BSWA and can demonstrate that you will bring a high degree of energy and initiative to the role.
