Field Service Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to be based from Leighton Buzzard but will involve travelling to customer sites. To be considered for this role you will have previous and recent service engineering experience working on plant machinery in the JCB portfolio. You will carry out plant machinery diagnostics, servicing and repair in this customer facing site visit based role. You will build strong business relationships with your customer and will promote a professional company image at all times, meeting and exceeding customer expectation. You will have a portfolio of technical / mechanical training certificates and will have proven relevant plant industry servicing experience ideally within the JCB range of products. Consideration may be given to those with plant industry servicing experience from a dealership background. You will have a full driving licence as well as a forklift and trailer licence. The position is graded depending upon level of experience and starting salaries range up to GBP32,132 with the chance to earn more based on overtime. 40 hour working week 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
