Job Type: Full-time (permanent)

Our client is seeking an experienced recruiter to work with the HR Director and HR team to develop and deliver the People Plan to support the business objectives. You will ensure that HR/Recruitment function gives the business a professional, proactive and forward-thinking service for both the internal and external customer. This is a key role that requires an applicant comfortable with working on their own initiative and using personal Recruitment knowledge to add real value to the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process for all HO roles
• Own the HO induction process and ensure that new employees are fully inducted into the business
• Coordinate with the line managers for the non-HO roles, ensure adherence with Company processes and procedures
• Design and implement a best practice recruitment & selection guide to attract high calibre talent
• Train the hiring managers in the Company recruitment procedures
• Track and continually improve recruiting metrics
• Manage and maintain the structure charts ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Work with the Managers to identify and develop key talent and manage succession
• Identify talent and working cross functionally to implement succession planning
• Coach and support the Managers on talent management and succession planning
• Ensure that the recruitment/HR policies, process and procedures practices are consistent across the business

Profile:

• Proven experience as a in-house recruitment and talent development, preferably in a multi-site fast-paced service-industry such as Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality etc
• Good understanding of UK employment legislation and recruitment practices and understanding and of the current labour market
• Experience in creating and implementing comprehensive recruitment and selection processes and developing candidate attraction plans and talent pools
• Experience of using online recruitment tools, such as job boards and social media
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent skills in building relationships
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Have the flexibility to travel to sites, if required
