Role Overview
• Sourcing of the highest calibre of candidates to fulfil client requirements through a variety of means including database searching, multi-job board advertising, Linkedin Recruiter and many more.
• Candidate pre-screening to include CV selection and telephone interviews.
• Formatting job descriptions, vacancy advertising generation
• Database management
Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in a Resourcing or Recruitment-related role is an advantage but not essential
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, both via telephone and in face-to-face
• Committed to delivering the highest standard of service
• Results driven and able to work towards deadlines and target
• Creative thinker, able to develop new ways of candidate sourcing methods
• An excellent Team Player with a drive to succeed
