Resourcer / Recruitment Interviewer / Recruiter / Candidate Manager
Sheffield City Centre
Competitive hourly rate depending on experience
We're looking for temporary resourcers / recruiters / telephone interviewers to join a busy, growing recruitment team here at Search in Sheffield, operating in the call and contact centre industry. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who's looking to focus on candidate experience and who loves the thrill of placing candidates in roles and companies that suit them, without the sales element!
Due to unprecedented volumes of committed business with some fantastic companies in the region, we are looking for individuals who will form part of an experienced team attracting candidates and conducting telephone interviews.
The focus will be on delivering an excellent customer experience to all our candidates, telescreening them, supporting them through their application and interview and ultimately helping them to secure a long term job!
You will be provided with initial training with a focused daily plan, which may from time to time need to be adjusted due to the speed at which we and our clients work!
It is important you have the passion and drive to work at a fast paced in a telephone based environment. To apply you will have experience of working within a recruitment or HR environment, in-house or agency, as either a Consultant or Resourcer. There are permanent opportunities for those who demonstrate the desire and the commitment to the project and the company. Three month fixed term contracts will also be considered after an initial period.
