1:2:1 Learning Support Assistant

We are currently working with a Secondary school in Cardiff who are looking for 2 Specialist teaching assistant to work with several pupils who have challanging behaviour.

Although challenging, these roles will be more than rewarding. You will be expected to cater to the pupils tuition needs along with their behavioural needs which may include using your own initiative and creativity.

On many occasions these roles will include working with a pupil on a one to one basis, the ideal candidates should show dedication to encouraging pupils with special education needs to learn in a way that fulfils them and have the ability to support them in every aspect of their day to day school life.

Although a temporary role to begin with, there is a large chance of these roles becoming permanent.
