Property Solicitor
Possess residential and commercial property experience? London-based practice seeks Property Solicitor on a permanent basis.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Solicitor to join an experienced team located in Central London. Utilising your skills in this area of law, the successful Solicitor will manage an existing caseload of residential and commercial matters with a bias towards residential. Areas may include: sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties; transfers of equity; lease extensions and enfranchisement; landlord and tenant matters; property investment and; planning and licensing.
Keen to get involved within business development and marketing initiatives, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates who have a client following or strong contacts in the market, however this is not essential. In return, the successful Solicitor can expect exposure to high quality work and genuine long term career prospects including progression up to and including partnership level.
The Candidate
You shall be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE;
Technically proficient, able to run residential and commercial property matters;
A following of clients to bring to the practice is advantageous but not essential;
Can demonstrate the ability to explain complex matters in clear and accessible language and pride themselves on excellent client care;
Works well under pressure, organising their workload to meet tight deadlines;
Have a flair for business development and marketing.
