Healthcare Recruitment is changing; Managed services, Rate caps, and online portals are creating more and more challenges to create revenue. Some companies are working with the NHS and Private clients to focus on delivery, others still think it's the "same old market" and have carried on as usual. Key Performance International Recruitment has been very fortunate to have partnered an Agency that's truly focused on best practise recruitment, sustainable margins and staff progression. Based in Central Milton Keynes, these guys are growing across most specialities and are winning more and more opportunity daily.
There are several desks available; we are looking for exposure within:
• Doctors - Consultant and Non Consultant desks
• Nursing
• GP
This company boasts an excellent track record of staff development which is reflected in recent awards while commission is paid on all billings with targets set against your level of seniority; everything is transparent with no last minute deductions!
The culture here is not aggressive sales, it's a commercial Agency aimed at delivering candidates for ongoing vacancies. The ideal scenario for us would be finding an existing recruiter who generally enjoys their work but doesn't enjoy being told to stand up for "power hours" or fill the need to make 7 hours of calls a day for a pat on the back. We want genuine Recruiters who understand Healthcare and understand the benefit of a strong employer in the current climate.
Interviews can be arranged at short notice and there are generally 2 stages involved in the process. The team here at Key Performance International Recruitment are entirely open to informal conversations before you decide to apply; we know it has to be the right role so use us for as much information as you need
