To meet this demand, we are looking for a Resourcing and Operations Consultant to assist in the development and growth of the ES Agile offering who will relish the challenge of working in a fast paced, high performing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• To utilise LinkedIn, direct sourcing, networking, social media and other resourcing tools to attract legal professionals to join the ES Agile pool of consultants.
• Manage our panel of agency relationships and work closely with Eversheds Sutherland resourcing team for candidate sourcing.
• To conduct the initial review and analysis of CVs for potential consultants to join ES Agile.
• Conduct technical and competency interviews of candidates, alongside senior partners and associates of the firm.
• Register and onboard approved candidates into the ES Agile pool ensuring accurate information is stored in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure all compliance and security screening processes are completed for consultants.
• Internal profile raising of ES Agile in the London office through networking, attending events and liaising with Partners
• Manage and organise a series of events, from networking to thought leadership, throughout the UK for the benefit of our ES Agile consultants.
• Work with Eversheds Sutherland marketing team to raise the profile of ES Agile in the legal market, through articles, campaigns and events.
• Other tasks as required by the Head of ES Agile UK.

Skills and experience:
• The suitable candidate for this role should ideally come from a resourcing background (including internal), HR administration or administration/scheduling function.
• The suitable candidate should ideally have experience of using applicant tracking software packages, LinkedIn recruiter (including Boolean searches) and other resourcing solutions.
• The successful candidate will need experience of working in a law or similar professional services firm and should be comfortable dealing and negotiating with senior Partners/consultants.
• Experience of resourcing in APAC region would be helpful.
• A range of influencing skills, personal impact and communication skills that will ensure success and command instant credibility at all levels of the firm.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way.

Key competencies:

• Ability to challenge constructively combined with high levels of resilience.
• A lively, energetic and strong personality with ambition and a practical can-do mentality.
• Exposure to organisational development and change management.
• Experience of using applicant tracking systems, or other online recruitment tools.
• A good understanding and practical experience of HR and/or recruitment.
• Excellent IT skills especially in using Microsoft Office suite, and ideally legal matter / billing software packages.
• Highly organised, with strong ability to prioritise time effectively, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Geographically mobile.
