Role and Responsibilities
As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping our customer services and supporting our People strategy, we are looking for a Learning Partner (one post) to join our People Team.
Reporting to and working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you will:
- Analyse training requirements across the business and identifying and delivering a range of L&D interventions that drive performance improvement and deliver business objectives. Support and continuously improve an effective performance management process across the business and support the development of comprehensive training plans; undertaking a full training needs analysis to inform the development of a Corporate Training Plan, ensuring learning is evaluated and effective.
- Design, deliver and commission as appropriate corporate learning activities across the business, including e-learning, managing contracts with external training providers to ensure good value for money, whilst maintaining and monitoring all employee training records ensuring that all mandatory training is completed and recorded effectively.
- Support the development of a comprehensive training catalogue across the business ensuring this continues to meet the needs of the business and delivers good value for money.
- Working closely with the L&D Manager, you will support the implementation and maintenance of an effective annual colleague survey, supported by regular pulse surveys across the business, supporting the communication of the results and monitoring subsequent action plans.
Key Skills
It is essential you have experience of working in a service environment, with a strong emphasis on great customer service. You will:
- Have up to date knowledge of Organisational Development practice and proven experience of the complete training cycle – design, delivery & evaluation.
- Have experience of working to deadlines with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively with excellent oral and written communications.
- Relevant professional qualification and/or equivalent experience is essential.
