HR Officer - Full-time/Part-time

We are currently looking for an efficient, flexible and well-organised HR Officer to join our busy Resources Team.

The post holder will provide effective HR administration and advice in accordance with agreed policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation whilst maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.

The ideal HR Officer will be confident, have a proven track record in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.

Weald of Kent is a selective Grammar School for 11-18 year olds with a roll of approximately 1450 students. The school is one of the highest performing schools in the country.
