WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Each member of the Haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. Alongside being a key vocal-point for the local business; your role will include managing a pre-existing pipeline of work, proactively liaising between all parties involved in the sale of a property, and ensuring all KPI's and conversion targets are hit.

You will also support the Marketing activities of the branch through email communications and managing applicants. Your role is vital to the business, aiding in the continued growth of your branch's customer service. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "Haart family", too.

In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the 'hub of knowledge' - an expert in your vendors' and buyers' needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.
