Head of Operations - Wealth Planning

We are currently working exclusively with a national financial planning business to recruit for an experienced Head of Operations to head up their client services team based over numerous offices. Your main office will be London however you will be required to travel to the businesses other offices in the country when required. The role will be to manage the client services teams in different locations, which provide both technical and administration support to the financial planners of the business. You will have direct reports including Administration Managers and Technical Managers. You will be managing both paraplanners and administrators on a daily basis and duties will include; monitoring performance, KPI's and undertaking one to one performance reviews. You will also be required to report to the MD of Wealth Planning on a regular basis as well as travel to other offices when required. Potential candidates should have experience managing back offices teams in either of the following; financial planning, wealth management, pensions support, investments support or any other financial services organisation. Experience within financial planning is desired, but is not essential as long as you have solid administration management experience.
