Practice Manager, Scunthorpe

A reputable law firm in Scunthorpe is expanding and is looking to recruit a Practice Manager to join the team. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis. Salary up to GBP35k depending on experience.

The firm offers a wide range of legal services to businesses and individuals across family, commercial, private client, conveyancing and employment. With a leading offering in the local market they service clients across the UK.

The role will involve working closely with the Partners to ensure smooth running of the firm. The job is extremely varied, challenging yet rewarding and will involve:-

- HR
- Recruitment
- Strategic Planning
- Facilities Management
- Supervision of staff
- Financial Management
- Practice Development
- Credit Control

The successful candidate will have solid experience as a practice manager and have experience of accounts management. You will be an excellent communicator, have good attention to detail, be able to promote change and be a people person.
