Mortgage Helpliner

Company Fusion Limited is working with a specialist Mortgages company. They are seasoned professionals with hard-earned, long-standing pedigrees, with well-established contacts at senior level with lenders and valuers. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Mortgage Helpliner to join their successful team based in Berkhamsted.

The Package - What You Could Earn:

-Basic salary paying GBP20,000 per annum + realistic OTE of up to GBP35,000
-Commission
-Strong possibility of advancement within the company

Mortgage Help Liner - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-No cold calling, mainly incoming calls
-Explaining about different types of mortgage
-Offering a number of mortgages for the client to choose from
-Helping the customer complete the mortgage application
-Explaining about repayments and mortgage protection
-Meeting sales targets
-Dealing with National Housing Developers
-Keeping up to date with new mortgage products and any changes in the law
-5 days a weeks inc alternate weekends and bank holidays ( time off in lieu for these )

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

-Previous sales or customer service experience would be ideal
-Ideal candidate to be fully CeMap qualified - this is not essential
-Some knowledge of mortgages or financial services is essential
-Ideally 1 years minimum experience in Mortgages
-Massive - energy, enthusiasm, excitement
-Smart, professional neat appearance
-Must be able to work on their own initiative
-Professional and confident telephone manner
