Working for an expanding group of companies on a permanent, full time basis, you will be responsible for chasing outstanding debt predominently via email due to your customer base being in Europe and the Far East.
The ideal candidate will have previous Credit Control / Accounts experience and have an understanding of "contra" payments (although this is not essential).
You will be working on a fairly small ledger of around 250 Customers with a total debt valuing less than GBP1M.
Due to the ledger being so tidy, we do not require a hardcore Credit Controller who lives for being on the phone all day - there is very little telephone work involved except for when dealing with a handful of Customers in Ireland.
The role is based in a small team and you will report directly to the Credit Control Manager. You must have excellent written communication skills and have a keen eye for detail as the amounts owed on each account change by the day!
