I have a job for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be required to manage the operations, sales and service provision across a Student Accommodation portfolio in Scotland.
The Operations Manager will be accountable for the overall business performance, leading sales strategies, managing KPI's, ensuring the brands reputation is maintained, and responsible for external service delivery management. The Operations Manager will work closely with the on-site management teams, leading by example to drive improvements across all areas.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
* Drive brand standards and brand awareness
* Assist in the development of marketing plans across the region
* Develop and manage the sales strategies to drive occupancy levels
* Ensure excellent customer service standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement across your remit
The Person:
* I am looking for candidates with demonstrable experience within a customer facing, multi site property management role. You will be a natural people person, and have a genuine passion for customer service. You will be passionate, energetic, focused, motivated, and thrive in a pressurised environment.
