Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Salary: Up to £25k with an uncapped bonus plan (Realistic first year OTE £40k - but the sky is the limit!)
Position: Flexible Working Hours, Permanent

With the focus on behaviours and talent, previous experience in the telecoms industry is not necessary as full product and sales training will be given for those individuals that are highly motivated, hard-working and tenacious - they are looking for people with flair.
Along with an appetite for selling you will need a desire to deliver great customer service, and to be an ambassador for their brand and company values. Above all you must have a positive mind set, a desire to succeed and be a team player.
