They're building hundreds of affordable new homes, customer satisfaction is on the up and their financial position is strong. They've got a great story to tell and they're looking for someone to help them tell it.
They're looking for a Waste Cleansing Operative to join their hard-working team on a 40 hour week contract.
Working as part of a dedicated cleaning team, you'll help in the removal of general waste and heavy domestic items from communal areas, void and occupied properties as and when necessary. Transporting and disposing of waste / domestic appliances to the designated sites. Sweeping and cleansing the area when required leaving it free from debris. Undertake general cleaning duties as part of the departments overall delivery of an effective cleaning service to its customers. Ideally, you'll have some previous experience and the desire to deliver consistently high-quality standards.
All employees are required to undergo a DBS check every 3 years. The level of the DBS check varies depending on the role
