We are recruiting on behalf of an established, fun and successful firm based in Cramlington.
Due to internal movement, the opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Team Leader role to come onboard.
The company has achieved year on year growth over the last 10 years and is about to come up to their busiest time of the year.
The role will involve:
* co-coordinating and supervising the team
* ensuring that all pick, pack and dispatch operations run smoothly
* fulfil customer requirements
* implement Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to Health and Safety policies
* use Microsoft packages to report on department
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* excellent communication skills
* a background in production or manufacturing
* supervisory experience desirable
* an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety procedures within an operations environment
* good physical fitness
The salary for this role is GBP20-21,000 dependant upon experience.
The working hours are Monday 7-4.30, Tuesday-Thursday 8-4.30, Friday 8-1.
