SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - marcomms / integrated

WEST MIDLANDS / BIRMINGHAM LOCATION
OVERVIEW
•To work for a marcomms / integrated agency delivering national creative print campaigns
•To be based on-site for a major client, managing the stakeholder relationships and leading the onsite team
•Team management responsibilities for a team of 4 including creative artworkers (as such experience managing both client services and production would be beneficial)
•Strategically running and developing the client account, surprising and delighting the client to encourage account growth
•Sourcing and managing suppliers, managing client budgets
THE PERSON
•The ideal person for this role may currently be working in one of the following positions; Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Director, Artwork Manager.
•Must have senior level client services experience in creative agency services delivering print / marketing communications / integrated campaigns
•Must have worked with a major national client - FMCG / retail / consumer services
•Must have proven client management experience along with proven team management experience - as above experience managing both client services and artworkers / production is beneficial and preferred
•Ideally have experience of being based onsite with a client, at the very least must have a lot of client facing experience
•Must have good knowledge of how a studio runs and understand both creative and production briefs, including print and digital knowledge
•Suitable locations are; West Midlands, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Tamworth, Walsall, Kidderminster, Solihull, Redditch, Stourbridge, Sutton Coldfield, Dudley, Nuneaton, Lichfield, Cannock, Staffordshire
