Insurance / Broker Account Manager Opportunity

With an existing workforce of around 80 employees, they now have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join them during their next growth phase.

Insurance / Broker Account Manager - Position Overview

Responsible for pro-actively promoting the companies' insurance proposition to their broker base. Also, responsible for supporting both regional and national broker campaigns.

Insurance / Broker Account Manager - Main Job Functions

Pro-actively manage a panel of intermediaries and support the growth of that panel
Deal with commission queries
Complete outbound priority calls i.e. Masterclass prior / post calls / network lists
Prospect for new accounts
Support the external sales team
Take responsibility for outbound campaign management
Provide detailed analysis of the market to help continually shape the sales focus

Insurance / Broker Account Manager - Desired Experience

Excellent knowledge of the general insurance market
Experience in the intermediary market
Experience of managing relationships with brokers
Proven knowledge of FCA regulation, market trends and mortgage distribution
Knowledge and understanding of distributor business models, technology and commercial drivers

Company Benefits / Package

Starting salary - GBP18,000 per annum
Profit Share Bonus paid quarterly - GBP2,000 annual value
Sales-Related Bonus - based on team performance - paid quarterly
Overall Annual Earnings of GBP20,000 +

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm
