Fundraising Officer (3 Days)

We are currently working with Action East Devon, an independent charity delivering a range of important services to meet their vision of a happy and healthy East Devon .  This involves working with organisations, people and communities to develop solutions that improve health, wellbeing and quality of life particularly for more vulnerable individuals. 

The charity currently delivers 11 projects/services reaching over 8,500 individuals and 550 organisations.  They work with disadvantaged groups, responding where there is greatest need – in particular supporting Communities, Carers and Young People with poor Mental Health building on the organisation’s core areas of expertise.

Action East Devon benefits from a high performing senior management team, a dynamic forward thinking Board and are already succeeding in soliciting donations to support their work. 

As part of their 20^th anniversary celebrations they want to increase awareness of the impact of their work locally. They are looking for an experienced, dynamic community and corporate fundraiser to join their team to engage staff, businesses and communities in fundraising activity through events and campaigns.
