Main responsibilities
• Generation of offer letters and contract packs for new starters
• Taking reference for all new starters
• Processing leaver paperwork
• Producing letters in relation to salaries, benefits & changes, sickness absence administration
• Collating payroll information received from offices and liaising with the Group Payroll Function
• Maintenance of HR database
• Dealing with queries from Managers and employees
• Provide administration support to the HR Business Partners
• Supporting ad hoc HR projects
Skills/Experience
• Previous administration experience is essential
• HR administration experience is advantageous
• Competent user of the complete Microsoft office package
• Good attention to detail
