The Role
Our client is now actively seeking a dynamic Family Lawyer on a part time, permanent basis in Romford. Working three days a week with flexibility on hours worked, the successful Family Lawyer will utilise their private experience to manage a complex caseload to include: divorce; cohabitation disputes; matrimonial finances; Children Act matters; TOLATA cases and; advice on pre and post nuptial agreements. Previous experience handling cases involving TOLATA will be essential. If you take pride in delivering high levels of client care, and are seeking a hands-on part time role with responsibility from the outset, this opportunity is not to be missed.
The Candidate
You shall be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years' PQE;
Be technically proficient, able to handle private family matters with minimal supervision;
TOLATA experience will be essential;
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Work well as part of a team but be equally comfortable working on your own initiative;
Is willing to participate in business development and marketing initiatives;
Be seeking a part time position.
