This service delivers psycho social interventions in both one to one and group settings for people entering or sustaining their recovery from drug/alcohol use.

We work in close partnership with statutory, third sector and local community groups to deliver services as part of a recovery orientated system of care.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and assertive team that is leading the way in the field of substance misuse in the North East of Glasgow.

We have a vibrant office base in Bridgeton, staffed by Recovery Champions, Volunteers and Recovery Workers but much of our work is carried out in the local communities that we serve.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager for Glasgow, you will have the vision and drive to help support and lead service delivery to the highest standards.

The role requires excellent leadership and team working skills, knowledge and experience of the issues faced by people commencing their recovery journey from substance use. Experience of working and leading teams within the social care sector is essential.
