Rate: GBP15.00 p/h

The Company

My client a local authority and local housing associations in the Preston, they deliver large re-scale regeneration projects and property maintenance services.

The Role

Due to continuing growth we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Multi Operative to work on a temp - perm basis in and around the Preston area. You will be working on wet room contracts in a mixture of void and tenanted properties. You will be required to complete the full wet room installation including tiling, plumbing, plastering and joinery so experience on wet rooms would be ideal.

To apply for this role you will need to have;

• CSCS Card
• Driving License
• Construction based references
• Proof of right to work in UK

You will be required to attend an interview for this role with a straight start after that if successful. You will have a high potential of being took on permanent by our client if you are showing good work ethic and skills on the job.
