Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant
Calford seaden are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to work as part of our experienced team.
We are a busy practice with an active QS work stream, which includes major new build development sites for developers and the larger affordable housing providers where involvement is possible for you to maintain a breadth of challenge and experience.
You will have experience in managing the construction phase and leading procurement, programming, value management and contract negotiations. You'll be involved in all aspects of cost management on refurbishment and new build construction and the management of projects and contracts of up to GBP150M in value.
