As an MI Manager, the role will involve working as part of the analytical team producing and distributing MI data for the business. The role will require you to analyse, present and distribute monthly, quarterly and adhoc reports for internal colleagues, customers, external business partners and regulators.
Key Accountabilities:
Key contact for anything MI related, including reporting tool product support, set up, maintenance, issue resolution and consultation
Provides extensive consultation with internal and external end users of the MI reporting tools on product usage and functionality.
Makes effective recommendations to product end users regarding which reports best correspond to the client's requirements and needs
Analyse reports and identify trends and their client impact
Adheres to a Statement of Work that is outcome and results oriented with SLAs and clear expectations on deliverables and commitments

Essentials:
A-Level or equivalent in Mathematics/IT or related field
Previous experience dealing with compliance/risk
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel/SQL Beneficial
Fully proficient with GBT MI / BI reporting tools and capabilities
Self-motivated attitude
Good problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Empathetic and understanding
Understanding of business travel data, tools and process flows
Ability to work effectively both in a team & independently
Shares knowledge and ideas
Respects confidentiality of information
Works always within the FCA, ICO, SRA regulatory rules and guidelines
