My client is the world's leading spa consulting and management firm based in the US. They are currently seeking a Spa Corporate Operations Director to work out of London as a representative of their corporate office. This is a high-profile role for a dynamic Spa Director to firstly launch the companies first UK client luxury spa in the UK. Once fully operational, the Corporate Operations Director will launch and grow the companies UK portfolio of luxury Spa's. The Corporate Operations Director runs the day-to-day operations of the facility. This individual will be responsible for supervising multiple spa sites primarily for hotels and resorts throughout the UK. The Operations Director will focus on collaborating with each Spa Director to ensure a high standard and consistency of operation and maximize revenue and bottom line results. The Operations Director will develop and execute creative promotions and ways to make each facility more productive by proactively working to drive revenue for the spas. This individual will be responsible for the management and supervision of the daily operations of multiple accounts to include establishing and meeting operational and financial goals. The Corporate Operations Director will also ensure positive interaction with clients and spa staff. Minimum of five years supervisory experience in the spa and leisure management field. Significant experience in creating and executing a promotion and marketing plan which maximizes potential revenue and profit to the spa. Experience in the operation and promotion of hotel or resort spas preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred in the area of Hospitality, Business or related field. Able to show initiative and make decisions Must have excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations, in groups and individually.
