Job Description

The role

* Working with global teams to ensure the smooth implementation of Workday
* Consolidating payroll of UK and satalite European offices
* Assisting the HR BP's with the roll out of a Career Framework
* Working with Head of Compliance to review and implement necessary HR Actions

The Candidate

* Proven Project Management experience in Financial Services. Professional services might be acceptable.
* Experience implementing HRIS systems.
* Strong knowledge of Workday
* Change Management experience
* At least 6 years HR Generalist experience
* Strong negotiating skills.
* Perfect English, ideally with French and German as well
* Willingness to be hands on.
