You will liaise with all areas of the business over multiple offices in and around the city., This company is constantly growing and changing and they are having a really exciting period of expansion and they need an experienced time served Operations manager to continue their drive forward. Using the businesses operational objectives, you will develop and implement a programme to drive the business forward. You will also oversee the customer focussed departments to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are being met. You will drive business growth by developing a proactive action plan Produce and deliver against an agreed plan and budget Ensure the company has the correct level of skills to grow Monitor and review processes to ensure the customers receive the best service Implement measure to provide motivation for employees Prepare budgets and reports Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies

You must be educated to degree level or equivalent and will also have an in depth knowledge of the legal industry.
