Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, friendly department within the public sector environment in Dunstable. The culture is hard working but very team orientated with a nice, friendly atmosphere. This is initially a temporary role that is highly likely to lead to something more permanent if the fit is right.

The role will involve communicating with customers and the maintenance team on a daily business, with the following day to day duties;

  • Call handling, verifying the customers details and taking details regarding their maintenance requirement
  • Recording calls and updating the system accurately
  • Dealing with customer complaints and problems
  • Manage administration and processing.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team and book in customer requirements
  • Allocate and track work using the administration tools

To be successful you need to be an enthusiastic, pro-active person with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone. You also need to have good systems, admin and organisational skills.

The hours are 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.
