The SteelStone Group,a North American manufacturer of the market disrupting Gourmia brand of Small Kitchen Electrics is seeking a dynamic & experienced Vice-President of UK & EU Sales to launch its line of innovative kitchen electric products into the UK market and to establish European distribution.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Demonstrate a minimum of GBP10 Million pounds in annual sales for a period of 5 years or more selling to major high street retailers.
- Have existing relationships with major chains in the UK market (such as ASDA, Argos, Debenhams, Dixon's, Halfords, John Lewis etc.).
- Have experience selling into the European Union.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of kitchen appliance products with experience and knowledge from the inside out.
*Essential Functions:

- Build, manage, and continually develop a sales pipeline
Establish product distribution in the UK and European Union
- Build a sales team and provide leadership to the sales organization by implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the business goals
- Provide market/account based guidance to the senior sales team in developing short and long term strategic plans along with a functional plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the Retail segment
- Lead a team and sets Category Management objectives
Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring the company's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the sales team
- Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives
- Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization
Ensure that all business units comply with retailer requirements
Report to company ownership in USA
