You will be based in and around The Reading, Basingstoke and Guildford triangle - Areas that we're keen to cover would include Reading, Guildford, Basingstoke and Bracknell region.
We have jobs within a 30/45 minute journey of your home in these locations.
Due to an increased order book and new clients, we are looking to supplement our permanent vehicle Technician workforce with a team of Contract / Temporary technicians.
Paid hourly and on 3 month contracts initially - we will provide you with local customers, jobs, materials and leadership.
We are looking for experienced painters and panel repair technicians to undertake end-to-end vehicle refinishing on all makes and models of accident damaged vehicles, including minor cosmetic repair work.
You will be required to undertake repairs in the form of minor panel repair and paint spraying, in accordance with PAS 125 standards in order to ensure our customers' expectations are not only met but exceeded from start to finish.
It's highly likely that you will come from an existing mobile repair role, body shop, accident repair center or dealership background and have solid, demonstrable experience in automotive paint spraying.
To be considered, you will also have the ability to communicate with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone. If you don't already have an industry recognised qualification such as ATA/NVQ/City & Guilds is desirable - even as a contract technician, we will qualify you.
You MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence. We will assist you in setting up an umbrella / ltd company for submitting timesheets and invoicing.
Typical Hours - 45 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis but additional hours are available.
We will provide 4 days paid training, company van and fuel card with the option for personal use, company smartphone. Our efficient training team will put you through your Cosmetic Repair ATA examination during your induction
