Our client is delighted to be a key partner in an innovative Worcestershire consortium who have been successful in securing over £3 million of Lottery and European Social Investment Funding – Building Better Opportunities.

Worcestershire Building Better Opportunities has been shaped by the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, and the Big Lottery Fund is matching funds from the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 to invest in local projects tackling the root causes of poverty, promoting social inclusion and driving local jobs and growth.

This success has come from the Worcestershire principal Housing Associations, Redditch Borough Housing and a range of specialist Voluntary Sector Organisations working together to establish the Fusion consortium. Fusion offers managing agents such as the European and UK Government a local solution for national programmes.

To take forward this successm our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance & Records Officer for the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) contract. The successful candidate will provide high performance administrative and contract management support to the Management and wider team collating and processing contract performance / participant records and delivery partners’ financial claims.

This is a challenging post and will require you to be innovative. The post will be responsible for all aspects BBO administration including financial claims for the contract. There is a strong emphasis on creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel documents. You will have experience of working in outstanding teams and have the ability to support delivery partners to meet deadlines and submit accurate paperwork.

If you have an understanding of Big Lottery and ESF contracts and can deliver high quality administration support that builds outstanding levels of attainment, then join this dedicated team.
